OECA News

OECA Receives ARRA Funding

OECA was awarded a $1M grant from US DOE to fund the Weatherization and Energy Training Center and Programs Project (WETCAPP). This funding will help OECA to expand existing training capacity by supplementing existing facilities and programs, create additional training options to serve a more diverse population, standardize training across the region to existing state weatherization standards, and furnish the Northwest Research and Training Center for Energy and Weatherization (The RTC).
