Annual REM Training

This 4-hour class will showcase updates to the Single-Family Audit Protocol and REM Technical Policies. Instructors will discuss:

  • OHCS tools and how to use them in REM.

  • General REM/Design Refresher

  • Problems OHCS Monitors found when reviewing REMs and Job Files in Oregon.

  • How to correctly model non-working HVAC equipment.

  • Weatherization Repair Fund (WRF) fund refresher.

  • Priority List Updates.

  • What are the QCI’s responsibilities regarding the audit REM and the final REM?

  • Using the tool from Noresco that allows users to enter the correct Mortgage Discount Rate.

  • How to braid DOE and other funding.

Who should attend:    Anyone who is already or plans to use REM.

Physical Requirements:    Sit for long periods of time.  

Some exercises may require the use of laptop. Please bring a laptop if you have one available to you.
