The Oregon Training Institute is an IREC-accredited training provider, BPI approved Test Center, and sole holder of the Residential Energy Analyst Program (REA) personnel certification standard.
For the past 40 years OTI's network, comprised of member agencies, state and tribal governments, utilities, businesses, and non-profits, has worked hard for our friends and neighbors around the state. In the ever evolving energy conservation and weatherization arena, OTI is dedicated to providing training in the service of low-income programs for households across Oregon.

I had an exceptional experience in the Health & Safety Healthy Home Evaluator class.
