OTI Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating training for the Oregon Training Institute (OTI) related to residential energy conservation and efficiency and the implementation of policies in the State of Oregon’s Weatherization program. 

 

This position assists the Director in planning and prioritizing development and training activities by actively gathering information from stakeholders on training needs and formulating a planned response to meet those needs through various modes of technical assistance. This may include facilitating or coordinating the facilitation of formal classroom training, conferences, end-user and technical professional orientations, Web-based training, and other venues determined to be appropriate and effective for meeting the skills development requirements for the implementation and ongoing workforce development needs at the local, state and national level.

  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. This position starts at $28.85 per hour ($60,0000 annual equivalent), with step increases annually.

  • Hybrid remote position, with in-person meetings as needed at the Salem training facility. Must be an Oregon resident. Occasional statewide travel and national conference attendance is required.

  • Benefits include 100% employee/80% family covered healthcare, life insurance, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, 12 paid holidays, 1 floating paid holiday, and a 401k with a 5% employer contribution after one year of employment.

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass a criminal background check.
