OECA Conference October 2024

Registration for the OECA Conference in October 2024 includes the annual OECA membership. Please choose the registraton option that is appropriate for your agency / organization. 

Annual membership of $900 includes the cost for one staff person from a Community Action Agency to attend all three OECA Meetings.  Additional guests are $400 per meeting, per person.

Annual Affiliate membership of $700 includes the cost for one staff person from an organization to attend all three OECA Meetings.  Additional guests are $400 per meeting, per person. Affiliate organizations must be vetted by the OECA Admin Committee prior to becoming members or attending meetings.

The OECA Conference will be held at the Seven Feathers Casino and Resort in Canyonville, OR.  Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-677-7771. Please identify yourself with the "OECA Convention 2024" when making your reservations.  Rooms are $130.00 per night not including taxes or fees.  Group room block rates are available until October 1, 2024. 

Please complete a new registration for each person attending.
