The first OECA meeting of 2025 will be held February 18-20, in Newport, OR at the Best Western Plus - Agate Beach Inn in Newport.
Hotel reservations can be made for this conference by contacting Best Western Plus at 1-541.265.9411 and identify yourself with "OECA" when making your reservation. The group reservation block closes January 19, 2025. Room rates are $134.00 not including a lodging tax (13%). You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 04:00 PM local hotel time on Saturday January 16, 2025. Rooms are first come first serve.
Annual CAPO membership of $850 includes the cost for one staff person from a Community Action Agency to attend all three OECA Meetings.
Annual Affiliate membership of $650 includes the cost for one staff person from an organization to attend all three OECA Meetings.
