About the event
The Weatherization Installer – Manufactured Home course, when taken in conjunction with the Weatherization Installer – Stick Built course, is in alignment with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory/U.S. Department of Energy designated Job Task Analysis (JTA) of Crew Leader and Retrofit Installer Technician. This course focuses on demonstration and hands-on application with in the classroom and hands-on lab with the installation of manufactured home measures. Students get their hands dirty installing attic, wall, and floor insulation, replacing windows and doors, installing weather stripping, sealing and insulating ducts. Students will also demonstrate competency doing blower door, duct blaster and CAZ testing.
