About the Role

Community Action is seeking an Energy Conservation Supervisor to join our leadership team to drive excellence in energy conservation. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight of the Energy Conservation program's daily operations, including staff supervision, data management, and regulatory compliance. You'll manage the full lifecycle of program enrollment and reporting, ensuring every project meets local, state, and federal requirements. We're looking for a collaborative leader who can maintain strong community partnerships and promote a welcoming, high-performing team culture. Hire, train, and mentor staff. You'll be the go-to person for onboarding, professional development, and daily workflow management.
Manage the "engine" of our program from intake and enrollment to data reporting and system maintenance.
Serve as the lead contact for local home rehabilitation and repair programs, ensuring our clients get the comprehensive support they need.
Ensure all local, state, and federal grant requirements are met with precision.
Lead program decision-making through a lens of equity, ensuring our services are accessible to all community members.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Energy Conservation, Social Services, or a related field, OR at least 2 years of professional experience in energy conservation assistance. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and experience managing complex database applications.

  • The ability to interpret building codes, technical specifications, and government regulations.

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and represent the agency in public workgroups.
